  • Display Name: Your username / handle.

  • Contact Preference: Where I'll be contacting you.

  • PayPal Email / GCash: Your PayPal email where I'll send the invoice. If you're paying with GCash, leave your # instead.

  • Commission Type: Select the type from the dropdown. If not listed, select OTHER then mention it in the details.

  • Commission Details & References: Everything you'd like done from the pose(s) to the background. Any and every detail.

  • Character References: Reference of the character you'd like drawn. If you have more than one image reference or none at all, send a link in the field below.

  • Private Commission: I will not post any progress or final piece on my public posts until the given time.

  • Commercial Use: If you'll be using the art in order to sell a product, for advertising, or for other forms of profit. Live2D models already includes commercial use.

General Art

I.i copyright (personal use)

  • I, the artist, will retain full rights to the work. I will be free to use the work as I see fit, however it is forbidden to reuse the work for commercial purposes. I will be able to use the work for the purposes of:

  • Promotional material

  • Social media posts

  • Portfolio

  • The client will have exclusive rights to the work for personal purposes and may use the work as they see fit so long as no profit is gained, be it directly or indirectly. The client may use the work for the purposes of:

  • Social media posts

  • Profile photos

Live2D & 3D

I.ii copyright (commercial use)

  • I, the artist, will have no control over the ways in which the artwork(s) are subsequently used, however the use will exclusively be for the client and whomever they give permission to. New royalty fees will be incurred if the work is reused for the purpose of merchandising.

  • The work will may be then used for the purpose of:

  • Promotional material

  • Social media posts

  • Portfolio

Overarching Terms

II. payment

  • Payment is made through a PayPal invoice or GCash.

  • Payment is made partially depending on the progress of the work. Full up-front payment is accepted but is unnecessary.

  • Progress stages:

  • Sketch - 25%

  • Lineart - 50%

  • Colour & Shading - 75%

  • Rendering / Parts Separation - 100%

  • Additional payment of 10% will be added when asked for changes after lining has started

  • No refund will be given after payment of each stages, unless stated otherwise, even after cancellation.

  • Full refund will be given if I declare that I am unable to finish your commission for whatever reason.

  • No additional changes or progress will be made until payment is made.

  • Additional payment will be added for designing, complex designs, and exceeding the modification limit.

  • In the event of a price update, if the client has held onto a slot before the change, the client will be charged with the previously listed prices.

IV. Other

  • All my works are prohibited for any use regarding AI.

  • Any potential client who have used AI to pass it off as original art or are refusing to acknowledge it as such will be placed on a blacklist.

III. ordering and delivery

  • I may refuse your order(s) for whatever reason I may have.

  • Commissions that will be used for NFTs will be rejected.

  • Fill in the form with the necessary detail and wait for a response.

  • Commission duration may take about 1-20+ weeks or even longer depending on the type, details, and unpredictable life events.

  • Progress and form response will be sent through the contact preference listed. Unless the client is unreachable through any means, if so, then their order is immediately rejected.

  • Final result will be uploaded through Google Drive

  • Third order discount 10% OFF! use code E23D in the forms (starting June 1st 2023. Gacha art EXCLUDED!) Only applies to form-applied commissions.

  • You will receive the following for General art:

  • Full resolution .PNG file with no watermark.

  • Half-resolution .JPG file with watermark.

  • You will receive the following for Live2d models:

  • Full resolution PNG.

  • Named and layered PSD file(s).

These prices are the base, they are subject to change depending on your desired add-ons and the complexity of the order.

Chibi

  • Type A: $ 90

  • Type B: $ 120

Half body - 50% of base price
Base colours only - 55% of base price
Simple Shading (A) - 70% of base price

Gacha Art

Let me do whatever I feel like, the quality of art you'll get is completely up to how I feel about it. It could either just be a sketch or full render, who knows. Even which parts is random (bust, full, half, etc)› Very selective

› Tipping will NOT increase quality.
